This life coaching method is future focused, is goal oriented and concentrates only on previous successful experiences and solutions. This therapy brings the client to identify strategies for achieving success and finding solutions.
This life coaching method identifies and changes limited solution patterns from childhood in order to achieve specific goals in life. It involve three components in producing human experience and perception: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our bodies function, language determines how we interface and communicate with other people and our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create. This method describes the fundamental dynamics between mind, language and how their interaction affects our body and behaviour.
